Core programs
Eight coordinated pathways from need to outcome
Each program is a direct, trackable pathway. Together they form a coordinated ecosystem rather than a set of disconnected services.

The M-TOC & overall strategy, in a flipbook
Flip through our mobile-outreach model and the full ecosystem strategy.
M-TOC — Mobile Triage Outreach Cavalry
A deployable mobile unit that brings veteran-centered outreach directly into rural, underserved, elderly, disabled, and high-need communities. It functions as a visible, trusted, and mobile platform for benefits navigation, intake, partner referrals, resource fairs, parades, festivals, municipal outreach, and sponsor visibility.
VI-PAR — Veteran Impact, Performance, Accountability & Reporting
The reporting backbone of the ecosystem. VI-PAR tracks who we reach, what we deliver, and what changes for veterans over time, then publishes verified outcomes for partners, funders, and the board.
SEISMIC — Social Enterprise Incubator & Support Management
An incubator that helps veterans and mission-aligned partners launch and grow social enterprises, with support management, training, and integration into the wider network so revenue serves the mission.
Bootcamps
Strategic training for veterans, nonprofits, and social enterprises — covering housing readiness, legal literacy, workforce skills, disaster preparedness, and organizational capacity.
E-Force Multiplier Network
The partner, sponsor, volunteer, provider, and municipal engagement platform. We are not building a stand-alone silo — we coordinate trusted providers, municipalities, sponsors, nonprofits, and funders around measurable outcomes.
LCDC Transitional Housing Pathway
Transitional housing, CHDO readiness, homeownership preparation, and rural stabilization — a step-by-step pathway from crisis to stability to ownership.
Rural Culinary Incubator
Anchored by Café Kountry Gumbeaux, the incubator drives food-enterprise development, workforce training, and community entrepreneurship — building skills, jobs, and small businesses rooted in rural communities, in collaboration with the Small Business Development Center at Southern University.

Disaster Preparedness, Recovery & Resiliency Rally Point
A coordinated rally point that helps rural veterans, elders, and families prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters — readiness planning, resource staging, and post-event navigation. Delivered in collaboration with the Small Business Association, the American Red Cross, and local agencies including the Council on Aging, law enforcement, and local medical partners.
