Veteran events · Community tables · Partner presence

We come to where veterans already are.

Rural veterans do not browse websites looking for benefits. They hear it at church, at the Legion hall, at the parish fair, from a deputy, or from a spouse at the Council on Aging. So that is where we go.

Our rule for every event

A sign-up sheet is not outreach. Partners come in person, so a veteran can be helped on the spot.

Services at the table

Medical, dental, mental health, legal, housing, and utility assistance — represented by people who can answer a question the same day.

Intake, not a leaflet

Assessment and enrollment happen at the table. A veteran leaves connected to a named person, not added to a mailing list.

The referral closes

Every hand-off is tracked to an outcome through VI-PAR™. We report what actually happened, not how many people signed in.

Where we show up

Six channels, worked continuously across the eight-parish footprint.

Host a table, or bring the unit

1

Tell us the date

Your event, your venue, your parish. Fourteen days' notice is enough for a table; thirty is better for the unit.

2

We confirm the partners

We bring the service providers that match what your community needs on the day.

3

We bring the kit

Banner, table, materials, intake capability. You provide the space and the audience.

4

You get the results

A written summary of who was reached and what was resolved — sent back to the host.

Upcoming events. Our published event calendar is maintained parish by parish. To be listed, to request the unit, or to ask what is scheduled near you, contact us directly — we confirm dates before we publish them.
